Step By Step Appointment Policy -

Step 1:

Identification of the prospect
Through reference / personal contacts / marketing / advertising etc.

Step 2: Day 1

First round of discussion
Provide basic information about our company to the applicant and discuss terms & condition. Refer channel manual.

Step 3: Day 2

Inspection of the premises / office

Step 4: Day 3

Filling of application form by the applicant (Franchisee)

Step 5: Day 3 & 4

Collection of application forms with the above document
a) Demand draft for the security deposit & establishment fee as per the set guidelines.
b) Identity proof: Voters cards or driving license
c) Address proof: Ration card or land line telephone bill
d) Leave & license agreement or premises ownership agreement
e) Financial credential: Bank passbook or bank statement
f) Letter of reference

Step 6: Day 5

Scrutiny / verification of the documents

Step 7: Day 6 & 7

Approval from RCM / ZCM, RM / REGIONAL HEAD, ROM / ZOM, GM.

Step 8: Day 8

Email communication to Radha from the desk of GM for the activation of the code

Step 9: Day 9,10,11 & 12

On and off the field training by Channel dept, operations, IT, CSS, accounts, Sales.

Step 10: Day 13

Certificate of training to the franchisee duly signed by RM/ GM only

Step 11: Day 14

Welcome
Handing over the welcome kit in Regional office & introduction to the HODs

Step 12: Day 15

Opening of the franchisee
