Most important FAQs

You can register on MyDTDC using your mobile number, and providing few basic personal details such as name, email, & phone number.

Initiate a pickup request by filling in your package and other important details. After making the online payment for scheduling the pickup & successful registry, our field executives will be aligned to pick up the parcel from your address as per the agreed/ chosen timings.

We will automatically align our executives to facilitate the pickup request. He will coordinate with you over the phone before attempting the pickup. Our executive will come to your pickup address on the selected day as per your availability and process the order request.

The label can be accessed through the ‘My booking section’ of the app & also from the email sent after registering the pick up. The label would be printed and brought to you by the biker. You do not need to take a printout of the shipping label

Other FAQs

Queries could be raised over a phone or web form. You could visit ‘Contact us’ section in the app to see location wise helpline numbers, these are operational from IST 09:30 AM - IST 06:00 PM from Monday - Saturday. 

Customers may pay via Credit/ Debit Card, Internet Banking, Third Party Wallets, & UPI.

The refund will be processed to your account within 10-15 working days. Thereafter, the same will reflect in the mode of payment, you had originally used.
