He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Bombay. He has been certified as an associate and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also been associated with BSR & Co. LLP, S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, RSM & Co., KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP and Price Waterhouse LLP.
