Pranab Mahendra Shah is a Director on the Board of our Company, appointed by our Corporate Promoter, GeoPost. He has been associated with our Company as a Nominee Director since July 5, 2013 and with the GeoPost group since 2011. He holds a bachelor of engineering degree in industrial engineering from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a master of science degree in international transport from The University of Wales. He has also been associated with the Boston Consulting Group, United States Postal Service and DPD India
