Sujitha Karnad is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since August 2022. She holds a Masters in Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, and a FPM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She has held several leadership positions in high-tech and IT services companies such as the Mahindra Group, Siemens, HCL Technologies and C-DOT. She holds directorships in 3 other companies, and her area of expertise ranges from Business Strategy & Excellence, Technology, People processes, and Environment. She has been a guest faculty at IIM-Lucknow and XLRI, and is an Executive Coach at select programs at ISB-Hyderabad.
